·         New Players bring to Registration at times listed above (this will NOT be done at Trials)

o   Copy of Medical Insurance card

o   Profile from Website complete and printed (unless submitted earlier via the web)

o   Signed Release form (Cherie will have these)

o   $10.00 Trial Fee

o   Proof of Units carried (and we will add name to Group list on mycuesta)

·         Returning Players bring to Registration or Trials

o   $10.00 Trial Fee, DUE  by  10:45 am on your first day

o   Any information that has changed (i.e. medical insurance)

·         Dates and Times of Trials

o   August 25^th 11-1 pm, Soccer fields (exact field # unavailable at this time)

o   August 27^th 11-1 pm, Soccer fields

o   August 29^th 8-11 am, Soccer fields

·         Trial Attendance Requirements

o   2 trial days required to be considered for Travel Roster

o   3 days highly recommended, especially if you have not been seen by the coach (in which your chances of being selected for a Travel Roster are slim if you attend only 2 sessions)

o   No new participants for the Travel Roster will be accepted on Saturday as their first day

·         Club and Travel Team Requirements/Fees

o   Must be a current Cuesta College student to be in the club (no cost)

o   Must be carrying 3 units to be a Reserve/Training player ($50.00 Training players)

o   Must be carrying 6 units & hold a 2.0 GPA to be on the Travel Roster ($125.00 full rostered players)

o   Must be in the top 17 for points of the 22 on the Travel Roster to compete in League games

·         Training Days

o   Tuesday and Thursday mornings (more details given at Trials)

·         Competition Days

o   Weekends, expect 6-8 games in September and October
